Paste the Amazon.com (or any U.S. retailer) product link into our request form. Tell us the quantity and any options (like size or color).

We calculate the item cost in CAD, add any duties & taxes, plus our flat $9.99 service fee (for items under 10 lb). You’ll get a secure invoice through Shopify checkout.

Once paid, we purchase the item in the U.S., ship it to our U.S. address, and handle all customs clearance. You don’t need to worry about paperwork or surprise fees.

Your package is imported into Canada and delivered directly to your Ontario address. Most orders arrive in 5-10 business days after they reach our U.S. location.

Some products cannot be imported into Canada, such as alcohol, tobacco, cannabis, fresh food, weapons, hazardous materials, and certain medical items. Don’t worry — we’ll review your request first and let you know if your item is allowed before we make the purchase.
